  • One-on-one coaching

  • Small group coaching

  • One-off support and inquiries

Together, we can figure out the best fit for your needs.

Why equity and inclusion?

I have over a decade of experience working on human rights issues, including gender, racial equity, LGBTQ+ rights, and more. I use the terms ‘equity and inclusion’ because they encompass the aspects of human rights work that I focus on and they are familiar to most people.

Briefly:

  • Equity is when a society is just and fair for all people.

  • Inclusion is when an environment is respectful and accountable to all people.

Why international?

I have lived in 12 different countries and traveled to over 60. I have a deep understanding of what it’s like to work with diverse, multicultural, multilingual teams that span continents. Issues of equity and inclusion are not limited to the U.S., and if you face challenges of this nature on a global scale, I can also support with those.

Valérie Gystiane, Femmes-Santé-Développement (FESADE)

“I am particularly grateful and continue to admire the way in which Rebecca led us to always give the best of ourselves.”

Sarah Gardner, Free the Slaves

“Rebecca is a prime example of someone who is truly dedicated to a cause. It is this level of commitment, and competence, that separates Rebecca from others in her field.

She understands that in order to see real change within an organization, one must work to empower their members and build on the strengths already present, as opposed to arriving 'with all the solutions'.”

Florence Afagnibo, Knowledge Management and Communication Consultant

“I was delighted to work with Rebecca. I appreciate her commitment, her professionalism, and her good mood.”
