Introductions

Let me introduce myself!

👋 I’m Rebecca Justus (yes, Justus that sounds like justice), and I’ve been working within the human rights field for over a decade. This includes topics such as racial justice, gender equity, LGBTQ+ rights, and more. 

I started doing workshops and trainings with the organizations I worked with and loved it from the start. I especially enjoyed being able to work with individuals and small groups during those sessions. So here we are! I launched my own business so that I can tailor sessions to the individual or small group and really focus on starting where each person is at that moment and what they’re trying to achieve. 

Equity and inclusion coaching and consulting is the work that fuels me and I’m excited to be diving in. Stay tuned for more!
